SUMMARY:

The Program Manager shall assist MCLE by providing the necessary management support to ensure the successful execution of Contractor Support Services. This support shall consist of managing the Contractor’s labor work force, ensuring appropriate personnel actions, ensuring personnel are scheduled appropriately, addressing personnel issues, seeking efficiencies through multi-tasking where feasible, conducting exercise support, coordinating with MCLE, Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM), Marine Forces Reserve (MFR), Provost Marshals/Police Chiefs on support issues, and participating in conferences/meetings. The Applicant will support the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Program (MCLEP) in the performance of Program Management, Training and Support Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with staff on the accuracy of monthly reporting and quarterly IPRs
• Review and reconcile questions pertaining to Contractor personnel labor hours worked, travel, and purchases made under the contract
• Maintain administrative and operational control of contract staff personnel
• Ensure that all employees providing security support services present a neat and well-groomed appearance
• Ensure that all employees providing security support services pass a criminal background check and drug screening with periodic follow-on testing
• Provide sufficient levels of support regardless of weather conditions, Force Protection Condition (FPCON) or installation closure in order to ensure requirements are met,
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or qualified exemption for disability or religious belief, practice, or observance) *
• Carry out other tasks as requested and assigned by the corporation, in time and manner. Likewise, the employee must adhere to and abide by what is established in the policies, regulations, codes, and provisions of the company. For example: To Download and install of apps needed, to take on-line training, etc.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• A minimum of ten (10) years' experience serving in Civilian or DOD Law Enforcement, which includes serving at the position or grade of Captain (Civilian or DOD Law Enforcement), O-4 (military), or GS-13 (Federal Employee)
• Program Management Professional (PMP) or any Criminal
• Justice, DOD/Federal Law Enforcement Executive Leadership Course
• Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy or Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar or, State level Police Officer Standards Training Executive Law Enforcement Training Course
