DAS Services is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to senior staff.
Support Army Product Office Leadership performing duties as an Executive Assistant. Execute responsibilities using discretion, independent judgment, tact, and poise. Display latitude and flexibility in carrying out assigned tasks. Understands and prioritizes tasks involving multiple procedures, manages time and deadlines well and can provide direction to others. Responsible for balancing the urgency of competing demands and communicating with leadership to ensure appropriate actions are taken. Requires the ability to execute multiple assignments efficiently and utilizes critical thinking to discern priorities with minimal directions. Required to provide outstanding service in the face of changing and challenging situations, seeks out best approaches to improve quality and is recognized by leadership as a trusted advisor. Use advanced software packages to include SharePoint, Defense Travel Services (DTS), the PEO C3T Staff Action Control Officer (SACO) document tracking system, Automated Time, Attendance, and Production System (ATAAPS) and Microsoft office products. Position requires strong time management and communication skills. Extensive experience with the Army Regulation AR- 25-50 Preparing and Managing Army Correspondence required. Formulates written documents and executive correspondence with minimal need for revision or corrections understands and conveys complex instructions verbally and in writing. Coordinates meetings and manages the calendar for leadership. Security Management System (SMS) representative inputting visitor's information for building access badges. Telephone Control Officer (TCO), work order officer, and SharePoint administrator. Manages Suspense Tracking System (STS) and Staff Action Control Officer (SACO) actions. Coordinates staffing and tracking of Service Contract Approvals (SCAs) and Funding Support Agreements (FSAs) for approval and signatures.
Maintains organization chart, telework agreements, distribution lists, and telephone roster. In processing and out processing of personnel. Processes awards and certificates for personnel and graphics requests. Manages supply inventory and ordering. Prepares and organizes Change of Charters, Town Halls, Hail and Farewells, Professional Development sessions, and other departmental events.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must be a US Citizen in order to obtain and maintain an interim and final security clearance.
