Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Director, Content Marketing that will bring our brand to life, and work to elevate and improve the performance of our marketing assets across all our channels. You will play a critical marketing leadership role by pioneering Deepwatch's content strategy across channels, formats, and target segments, which includes producing content that's well aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP), prospect buying journey, and brand goals. This is a hands-on position that requires a self-starter and strategic thinker who also persistently executes to support high-growth business results.You will build and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals to deliver creative assets that support all marketing efforts. As a key member of the marketing team, you will serve as an evangelist for our brand identity and voice, ensuring that content across our Deepwatch works to represent our brand in a unified and effective way. This position has strong written skills and can turn content into actionable results moving the needle on sales and engagement. You'll also be expected to use data to drive decisions and continually refine our content approach.

The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000 stock options benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
