Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding and other various office duties. We seek a candidate that will has interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.

Duties:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Assist with HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- Self Motivated with good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
