DecksDirect is looking for a fun and hard working part-time individual to join our warehouse team for the remainder of the summer. Our company's mission is to be “The Nation's Fastest, Most Trusted Direct Distributor of Premium Decks!” This position plays a key role in supporting our mission by making sure the right products get picked, packed and shipped the same day as the order comes in. Responsibilities:

• Follow DecksDirect warehouse standards to accurately pick and pack decking orders in a timely manner
• Work closely with the Inventory Control team to report any discrepancies
• Works closely with internal and external teams to ensure any discrepancies with orders 
• Pallet loading and unloading
• Ensure correct inventory is picked for each order

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (preferred) 
• Regularly able to lift 50-70lbs 
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment
• Ability to communicate efficiently to internal teams and team mates to resolve any shipping issues 
• Ability to prioritize work and multi-task

• Temporary position through end of October 
• Part-time: Monday & Tuesday 8:00am - 2:30pm 
• Hourly / Non-exempt 
• Reports to: Shipping Supervisor
• Location: Whitestown, IN
• Internal position: Not remote or telecommute
