**Position Overview**

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

**Responsibilities:**

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Helpdesk Tickets, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information, sizing guidance, and assistance with placing orders.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and understanding.
• Process returns, exchanges, and notify superiors of refund requests according to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, production, and shipping, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the ERP system.
• Monitor and track order status, shipment tracking information, and delivery updates to keep customers informed.
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management to enhance the customer experience.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or coursework in customer service or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including email, internet navigation, and basic data entry.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Passion for sports, fashion, and providing exceptional customer service.
