As a reconditioning manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconditioning of all used vehicles. Our cars must be reconditioned to frontline ready in a matter of days.
You will be expected to visually inspect vehicles for paint and body damage as well as interior repair and mechanical reconditioning needs.
After inspections, you will be expected to get estimates for the repairs, get all required approvals and assign the work to the appropriate internal staff or outside vendors to complete.
This position is vital to the organization because it is pivotal to controlling both the cost and time it takes the dealership to prepare a vehicle for sale.
Compensation:$60,000 - $90,000 yearly
