A modern American Steakhouse is looking for Steakhouse Restaurant Floor Managers. They are located in the heart of the action in Downtown Sacramento.

They are looking for Managers who have the drive, background, personality, and financial acumen to join their incredible team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Initiative-taking in resolving problems
• Excellent communicator
• Steps of service are consistently executed for each and every table
• Leadership is humble and of service to the staff
• Quick to think on their feet & a great multitasker
• Knowledge basic financials, ordering, inventory, scheduling, onboarding, progressive discipline
• Service is executed with a high degree of teamwork
• Excellent wine and beverage knowledge (Sommelier preferred but not required)
• Tenured experience in a similar restaurant
