Profile: 2 years leadership/management experience required. Hearing Industry experience preferred, AuDiologist with Management exp. Medical device RSM experience or hearing instrument specialist with management experience.
Director, Regional Sales
Purpose of role: The Director, Regional Sales will manage the sales activities of a team of field sales representatives within a region. With the Director, Regional Sales’s support, these representatives will call on current and potential Company customers within a specific territory or region to sell the full Brand product portfolio, working directly with audiologists, physicians, large retail chains, and hospitals. This position will be responsible for directing, coaching, and managing the performance of the staff to drive continued growth as they provide training solutions, prospect new accounts, and grow sales within existing customer accounts.
This position will be based out of your home office.
