***This Sales Executive position will be located at our headquarters office in Minneapolis, MN.****

In addition to working in our brand-new headquarters, you'll receive a robust commission structure, strong starting salary, and great benefits. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years direct business sales experience calling on medium to large clients
  • Excellent cold-calling, prospecting, and closing skills
  • Motivation to create new business
  • Strong communication, writing, negotiation, and time-management skills
  • Enthusiasm and an ability to learn quickly and retain information
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills
  • A positive attitude and an ability to represent DC Group with professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and changing work environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional style with a strong ability to work independently
