```Duties```

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible to plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the Quality Department., including formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

• Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles

• Oversee activities directly related to inspecting parts.

• Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

• Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.

• Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors

• Direct and coordinate activities concerned with the inspection of parts.

• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

• Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.

• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with General Manager, and staff members as necessary.

• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.

• Plan and direct activities coordinating with other department heads as required.

• Periodic performance reviews of direct report employees.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in quality systems and quality assurance methodologies

- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and compliance requirements

- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions

- Ability to analyze data and trends to improve quality processes

- Knowledge of HACCP principles and CGMP standards

- Excellent QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) skills to maintain product integrity
