Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, and a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work overnight shifts
