We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our legal team in various administrative and clerical tasks. - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and other written communications
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
```Qualifications```
- High School or equivalent (Required)
- Proven experience working as a Legal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent research skills with the ability to gather information from various sources
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
