Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance

· Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages

· Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records

· Assisting with order entry and processing

· Coordinating office supplies and inventory management

· Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

· Assisting with file organization and document management

· Providing administrative support to various departments as needed

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office software applications.

· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of office equipment, systems, and protocols.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

· Coordinating office supplies and inventory management
