Note: This is an on-site only position at our headquarters in Allen, TX.
Job Description:
- This position will work side-by-side with our Office Manager & Finance team to support a variety of administrative functions.
- General Administrative Assistant handling communications with homeowners, installers, distributor and businesses via phone, email and in-person.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, organizing new and existing customer data and processing mail.
- Supports company operations by working with office systems and streamlining key processes. Review and prioritize team email folders and correspondence.
- Light bookkeeping. QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Inventory experience a plus.
- Processing purchase orders (POs) and invoices, cross-trained to assist as needed.
- Assist with A/R and A/P management as directed.
- Work with remote Chief Legal Officer to review and edit documents as requested. Proofread legal documents and agreements. Send for electronic counter-signatures and save final documents to a company shared drive.
- High school diploma.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Attention to detail and proactive, ownership of duties and related projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with CRM knowledge. (preferably Zoho CRM)
- Solar energy knowledge a plus.
