DataStews MSP model greatly reduces time spent on administrative tasks such as filling out tickets, and increases time spent taking care of clients. We utilize a small team approach that allows each tech to focus efforts on a few clients. We are looking for staff that can deliver a high level of customer service. Microsoft 365 Help Desk Technician The Microsoft 365 Help Desk Technician will support end users and will lead a small team of support professionals. Responsibilities include:
  • First Point of Contact: Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • User Support: Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Training: Educate users on Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Operate as a team lead and technical resource to a small team of help desk support professionals.
  • Present innovative and alternate approaches to clients technology needs.
  • Provide deep level support for Microsoft 365/Azure platforms.
  • Responsible for maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network infrastructure, servers, both physical and virtual across multiple client environments.
  • Understand, write, and update system and process documentation for clients networks.
Desired Additional Experience:
  • Windows 7/8/10/11
  • Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2/2016/2019
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft Windows Administration tools (AD Users and Computers, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Sites and Services, etc.)
  • VMware and Hyper-V Server Virtualization Technologies
  • Networking protocols including DHCP and DNS as well as switching and routing.
  • Experience with Enterprise Storage solutions
  • Experience with Enterprise Backup solutions (local and cloud)
  • VMware and Hyper-V Server Virtualization Technologies
Required Qualifications
  • Candidate must have at least four years of IT experience and at least two years of experience in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients.
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Candidate must have experience creating and implementing cloud based infrastructure solutions.
  • Candidate must possess excellent customer-facing skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must possess current Microsoft Certifications . Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-100, MS-101) are a plus. Submit a list of your certifications with application.
  • Candidate must pass a background check.
  • Candidate must be legally eligible to work in the United States for any entity.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a TWIC card:
  • Occasional lifting (lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required.
  • Local travel required. Candidate must maintain their own vehicle and a valid drivers license.
