- 7 years of overall IT QA experience in Windows/Azure .NET environment
- 3 yrs of consumer mobile/Web SW testing experience across functional, non-functional requirements including cross-platform compatibility, mobile-responsiveness/performance testing, field/network testing etc.,
- 2 years as a QA lead/team lead, Sr QA Engineer or a manager
- Track-record of building modular, reusable test automation solutions
- Strong hands-on leadership skills in coaching and developing team
- Strong communications skills - written and verbal
- Lead the team in development of solutions, implementation plans and coordinate/communicate design, coding, testing, rollout and post-deployment activities
- Effective in issue triaging, root-cause analyses and in continuous improvement of development processes
- Ability to manage vendors and distributed teams across multiple time-zones in a near 100% remote work environment.
