BA/QA Manager with Scrum and Automation
Location: Atlanta, GA 

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Test management/product management or business analysis. 
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. 
• Previous experience with software development projects and understanding of the software development and testing lifecycle.

Roles/Responsibilities:• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budget.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and techniques (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balancing consumer needs with business priorities and the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
• A good listener who is patient enough to hear people out can be persuaded by the ideas of others, and can integrate new information quickly.
• Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary and Other Compensation: 
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
