ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute Topside construction projects
- Develop man-hours, duration, and manning forecast for offshore construction projects
- Participate in Constructability Reviews
- Interpret Isometrics, Structural, and P&ID Drawings
- Develop workpacks and/or manage workpack development
- Formulation of Delivery Schedule utilizing Microsoft Projects or P6
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Interface and communicate with clients
- Manage personnel and subcontractors performance with regards to safety and quality
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing Greenfield and Brownfield topside construction projects
- Offshore experience on Topside Construction Projects is preferred
- Project Management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Offshore Topside installation/construction work
- Experience in Fabrication
- Ability to plan, manage, coordinate, and execute Topside construction projects
- Ability to develop workpacks and/or manage workpack development
- Experience with Formulation of Delivery Schedule utilizing Microsoft Projects or P6
- Familiar with Customer Specifications and Standards
- Good communicator
- Great work ethic
- Willingness to travel international and to offshore worksites, when required
