Danos is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Gray, LA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute Topside construction projects 
  • Develop man-hours, duration, and manning forecast for offshore construction projects 
  • Participate in Constructability Reviews
  • Interpret Isometrics, Structural, and P&ID Drawings
  • Develop workpacks and/or manage workpack development
  • Formulation of Delivery Schedule utilizing Microsoft Projects or P6
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
  • Interface and communicate with clients
  • Manage personnel and subcontractors performance with regards to safety and quality

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience managing Greenfield and Brownfield topside construction projects
  • Offshore experience on Topside Construction Projects is preferred
  • Project Management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Offshore Topside installation/construction work
  • Experience in Fabrication
  • Ability to plan, manage, coordinate, and execute Topside construction projects
  • Ability to develop workpacks and/or manage workpack development
  • Experience with Formulation of Delivery Schedule utilizing Microsoft Projects or P6
  • Familiar with Customer Specifications and Standards
  • Good communicator
  • Great work ethic 
  • Willingness to travel international and to offshore worksites, when required
