- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to analyze situations, think critically, and problem-solve effectively
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
