**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team of account executives. This role is based in Orange County, CA, and involves managing both on-site and remote team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the software solutions market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6-8 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive growth in our RDAAS product line.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings.
- Identify training and development needs for the sales team to enhance skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
