Job Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Dana Kepner Bloomfield. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, or automotive repair and be ready for a role that involves overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities: 

Technical Support: 

• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on water pipe systems. 

• Collaborate with clients to understand and address their service needs effectively. 

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently. 

Warehouse Operations: 

• Fulfill orders, assemble shipments, and prepare items for delivery. 

• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods. 

Travel: 

• Undertake overnight travel to various locations for on-site maintenance and repair projects. 

• Ensure timely response to emergency service calls. 

Documentation: 

• Maintain detailed service records and document all repairs performed. 

• Provide accurate and timely reports on completed work. 

Safety Compliance: 

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all service operations. 

• Stay informed about industry safety standards and regulations. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, or automotive repair roles. 

• Valid Class D license with a clean driving record. 

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work independently and adapt to various work environments. 

• Willingness to travel overnight as required. 

• Availability for some overtime and emergency service work. 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
