We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Bloomfield team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing and inventory control functions. Supervises warehouse staff and drivers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, material handling, and inventory management.

• Inspect warehouse and equipment, initiate repair work orders, and equipment replacement requisitions.

• Coordinate warehouse activities with other departments such as service, sales, records control, and purchasing.

• Direct salvage of damaged or used materials.

• Participate in safety and plant protection planning and training.

• Provide training for new hires.

• Manage warehouse staff and serve as backup dispatcher as needed.

• High School Degree or equivalent.

• Three (3) years of warehouse operations experience with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including Office365, sales, and inventory systems.

• Forklift Certification preferred.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
