We are seeking a reliable and experienced Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Boylston team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving non-cdl company vehicles, receiving, storing, and efficiently distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the establishment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Attendance: Essential for job performance. 

• Operate company vehicles to transport materials to designated locations. 

• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations. 

• Reads production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items for movement, gathering, or distribution. 

• Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or designated locations. 

• Sorts and organizes materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on predetermined sequences. 

• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests, and distributes items to production workers or assembly lines. 

• Assembles customer orders and places them on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing or shipping departments. 

• Marks materials with identifying information, opens containers, records amounts, and verifies conformance to company standards. 

• Weighs or counts items for distribution within the plant, arranging stock parts in specified sequences for assembly by other workers. 

• Utilizes a computer for record-keeping and compiles worksheets or tickets based on customer specifications. 

• Completes requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments. 

• Prepares parcels for mailing and maintains accurate inventory records. 

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds). 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. 

• Comfortable with physical labor

• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
