We’re in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting new real estate agents.
You will play a key role in strategic planning and business administration. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Time position Monday - Friday 8-5pm, Part-Time position Monday-Friday 9-1pm. PLEASE specify if you are interested in FT or PT.
Hands-on Training and Mentorship are huge when it comes to growing in our real estate business. Our Owner and Sales Manager are available for questions & help in real-time.
