Da Pro Rubber is Hiring a Human resource coordinator Near Broken Arrow, OK
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Owasso and Broken Arrow plant's HR functions, under the direction of the HR Manager located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
This position is responsible for recruitment, hiring and onboarding, employment processing, personnel records management and compliance with all state and federal laws relating to personnel.
This position works with plant management in the support and promotion of the company’s culture and core values. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary coordinator of new employee on-boarding.
Assist in maintaining personnel files in accordance with state and federal laws and HR management best practices. Assist in payroll processing Coordinate annual benefit reviews and insurance open enrollments.
Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager Da / Pro Rubber participates in E-Verify and conducts drug testing. Powered by JazzHR
