Essential responsibilities and duties

• The Operator is responsible for the production of parts using Company machinery while maintaining required quality and production standards.
• Depending on the line you are assigned on, you will assemble different pieces of the seat using a staple gun, ironing wrinkles, and using your hands and finger tips to pop pieces together
• Fast pace and some heavy lifting

Job knowledge / skills / qualifications:

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. High school math, language and reading skills required.

- Good communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate with employees of all levels.

- Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and in a positive manner.

- Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks on any production line and assemble parts effectively at production pace

- Requires pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, walking, gripping, and bending.

Shift/Pay:

- (1st shift) 6 am to 2 pm

- $17.00hr

-(2nd shift) 2 pm to 10 pm

-(3rd shift) 10 pm to 6 am

- $18.00hr
