D&D Recruit US is Hiring an Assembly Operator Near Flora, IL

Job Objective

Carrying out of simple machine operating and set-up activities on similar operating equipment in accordance with technical specifications and predetermined quality standards

Carrying out of simple indirect organizational tasks within the context of group work, according to the working tasks assigned

  • 1 Allocate parts and components to the intended workplace according to clear specifications and test the parts and components for accuracy, completeness and quality (correct type, part number, quantity, quality standard)
  • 2 Assemble parts or components in several systems and carry out particularly difficult production plan steps according to clear specifications (work plan) and quality characteristics
  • 3 Operate tools, jigs and machines that are complex to handle
  • 4 Perform difficult visual and functional tests according to specified quality standards
  • 5 Clean the workplace as part of 5S
  • 6 Confident use of SAP (retrieving parts, transfers, specified quality checks, inventory checks and balancing them in the SAP environment, plus support activities for production control)
  • 7 Instructing employees

QUALIFICATIONS - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education, Skills and Experience

· High school diploma and/or equivalent.

· Prior experience in factory setting and logistics preferred.

· Flexibility to work varied work schedules.

· Good communication skills including ability to be a positive team player.

· Proactively promotes safe working environment and has a good attendance record.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Flora, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
