This role involves assisting in the annual commercial planning process, engaging in manager focus groups, participating in hotel industry associations, attending hotel functions as required, and nurturing strong working relationships with travel agency representatives in vital feeder markets to drive business growth. Responding promptly and professionally to guest needs and requests, representing and promoting the properties positively both internally and externally, attending mandatory meetings, and fulfilling assigned duties are essential aspects of this role.
The Sales Manager – Leisure is tasked with proactive and reactive sales efforts for both resorts, promptly responding to all inquiries to secure profitable wholesale and leisure business and attain transient segment goals. Additionally, the role supports sales plans and strategies, client development, relationship management, identification of new target markets, and product sales to surpass revenue objectives.
