The candidate will provide support in developing documentation for the customer’s cyber data exploitation capabilities and assist with technical program management activities related to the implementation of AI/ML model development and deployment strategy. This includes technical writing, user experience perspective, collaboration, program management, and implementation.

1. Support a growing development and engineering team to leverage tools and adapt program management principles.
2. Possess technical writing and documentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a user’s perspective in mind.
3. Support transition of improvements from development to production.
4. Lead efforts to provide user and system documentation, support pilot user program and feedback loop.
5. Plan and execute center-wide communications about technical projects.
6. Organize, plan, and prioritize complex and competing projects to meet tactical and strategic goals.
7. Use organizational tools (Jira, Confluence) and maintain an understanding of program and configuration management principles.
8. Work with customer and customer partners to deconflict data requirements and identify process efficiencies.
9. Provide programmatic support to engage with mission partners and internal and external stakeholders.
10. Develop and track key program success metrics.
