IntroductionOur client seeks a Project Integrator for a long-term program supporting an IC customer in McLean, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI full-scope polygraph clearance.
The candidate will provide support in developing documentation for the customer’s cyber data exploitation capabilities and assist with technical program management activities related to the implementation of AI/ML model development and deployment strategy. This includes technical writing, user experience perspective, collaboration, program management, and implementation.

Scope Of Work
- Support a growing development and engineering team to leverage tools and adapt program management principles.
- Possess technical writing and documentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a user’s perspective in mind.
- Support transition of improvements from development to production.
- Lead efforts to provide user and system documentation, support pilot user program and feedback loop.
- Plan and execute center-wide communications about technical projects.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize complex and competing projects to meet tactical and strategic goals.
- Use organizational tools (Jira, Confluence) and maintain an understanding of program and configuration management principles.
- Work with customer and customer partners to deconflict data requirements and identify process efficiencies.
- Provide programmatic support to engage with mission partners and internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and track key program success metrics.
- Demonstrated experience with technical writing
- Demonstrated experience with program management or certifications in program management
- Demonstrated experience working with commercial collection operations and a software development team
- Demonstrated experience with Customer’s mission environment working with data exploitation capabilities
- Demonstrated experience with Customer data-sharing platforms and procedures
- Demonstrated experience working in Customer’s technical environment
- Demonstrated experience working with various Customer data types
- Demonstrated experience with information operations, computer networks, communications infrastructures, and associated technologies
