Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the President.
• Manage the President's calendar, arrange travel plans, itineraries, and meetings.
• Compose and prepare correspondence, handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Act as a liaison between staff, vendors, and clients; manage special projects.
• Run errands, draft emails and letters, and take comprehensive notes at meetings.

Shipping Clerk Role

• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, verify records, and prepare items for dispatch.
• Determine the method of shipment, assemble containers, pack items securely, and affix shipping labels.
• Unpack and inspect incoming shipments, report damages and shortages.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, order products as needed.
• Utilize UPS.com, FedEx.com, USPS.com for various shipping tasks.
• Store items in walk-in freezers and examine outgoing shipments to ensure specifications are met.
