Marketing Assistant

This full-time position, Monday through Friday, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth while developing your skills in marketing outreach and relationship building.

As the Marketing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in engaging our audience and driving the success of Cypress Homes Inc.'s marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will range from contributing to comprehensive marketing strategies to overseeing the visual presentation of our homes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic homebuilding company.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Oversee the staging of homes for marketing purposes, ensuring visually appealing and compelling presentations.
• Oversee staging/de-staging furniture and accessories for model homes.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring engaging and effective communication with potential customers.
• Compile and distribute the Cypress Homes newsletter, maintaining consistent, high-quality content to effectively engage our audience.
• Maintain our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and effective usage.
• Respond to agent inquiries, providing comprehensive information and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Organize and manage open house events, including the placement of signs and promotional materials.
• Write engaging blog posts and other content to drive web traffic and engage customers.
• Design and dispatch new mailers and realtor letters, aiming to expand our customer base and enhance our brand reputation.
• Drone video and Matterport
• Social media content & posting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Background in sales and marketing ideally within the home building or real estate industry
• Proven experience in managing diverse marketing campaigns, content creation, and CRM systems.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software (HubSpot), and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Full Time

Pay range: $16 - $18 per hour
