Job Description
- Defining project implementation strategies for customers, preparing project timelines
- Collaborating with proposal team to create and review effort estimates for services
- Helping to transition project and customer from sales to delivery team
- Monitoring project progress including timelines, budget, milestones
- Helping to track and escalate project issues and any bugs through Jira
- Assisting with resource allocation and travel planning
- Ensuring hardware and software readiness, testing, and deployment
- 3 years of experience in project management, change management, and/or consulting
- 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse automation, distribution centers
- Project management experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and/or manufacturing
- Experience with robotics and/or AI technology is preferred
- Strong experience interacting with enterprise customers/clients
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering – industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or something similar
