Customer Service Representative Location : Onsite inWorthington, OH Employees : 50 Team Size : 3 Industry : Manufacturing Company Information : Established organization Reports To : Director of Operations What you’ll be getting paid to do :
- Enter customer orders into ERP and track progress
- Review orders to ensure they are accurate
- Communicate order status with customers
- Help resolve and assist with customer inquiries and complaints
- You will complete compliance paperwork for international orders and audits

- History of customer service experience
- Previous experience working in an office setting
