Role Summary The Senior Project Manager reports directly to the Manager, PMO, works with global clients and teams to keep technical projects on track, updated and well understood by all team members. The position provides the opportunity to work on various projects and with multiple subject matter experts in various levels of management. The Senior Project Manager must have strong organizational and documentation background and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with others.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure projects are executed within scope, on time and on budget to meet expected project deliverables.Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation to closureEstablish a plan to successfully deliver projects, including management of tasks, deliverables, risks, resources, and issuesSchedule & conduct project stakeholder meetings to set and align with expectations, and solicit feedback Track project budgets and financials for forecasting and meeting project goalsCollaborate with practice managers for resource assignment and coordinate cross-functional teamsEscalate project issues, concerns, and roadblocks to key project stakeholders and following through till resolutionProactively identify and manage risks and projects constraints to ensure successful and timely outcomesMaintain project documentation and artifacts. Review existing processes & procedures for improvementApply use of project management tools and automation for report generation on the status, progress, and key metrics of the project. Publish regular project reporting to all stakeholdersEffectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality of deliverablesDemonstrate a strong customer focus with excellent communication to internal and external stakeholders. Follow up with client for feedback and improvement opportunities Adhere to Cyderes’ established project management methodologies and practices Qualifications7 years’ work experience in Project Management for a technology companyPMP certification considered an assetRemarkable customer service skillsStrong leadership and motivational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to write and edit clear and concise reports, meeting minutes, and documentationSuperior organizational and data entry skills and the ability to manage numerous complex projects in parallelTechnical certification or extensive experience in Cybersecurity considered an assetAn interest in, and comfort with, technical concepts related to network and information security
