The Vice President will lead a team of business unit leads and senior program managers to support 45 programs across the company . The Executive Vice President will develop, execute, and lead operations procedures, strategies, and initiatives to support the company's operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Executive Vice President will support and lead several indirect functions of the company, including but not limited to contracts, pricing, project control, quality control, human resources, and talent acquisition. Role and Responsibilities: * Develop and implement plans for infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to enable achievement of company objectives. * Develop, implement, and maintain project control across all company contracts to optimize both performance and profit across the company. * Implement and maintain the quality management system and project management practices. * Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all ISO 9001 processes internal and external. * Lead all aspects of pricing, coalescing contracts and BD teams to develop strategies and procedures to enhance pWin. * Lead the human resources team to ensure compliance, cost-savings, and employee satisfaction as well as retention. * Integrate and implement an enterprise learning management system to provide training and professional development across the company to enhance both engagement and retention. * Work directly with talent acquisition team to ensure timely requisition closure and repeatable reporting. * Review, recommend, and improve the company performance management system, annual review process, and incentive comp plan, so that they are aligned with company strategic objectives. * Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company. * Develop, automate, collect, track Key Performance Indicators for corporate functions. * Develop standards, processes, and lead contracts administration and management. * Motivate and lead a high-performance team to attract, recruit, and retain personnel. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: * DOD Top Secret clearance required. * Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. * 5 years of senior leadership experience in operations, contracts, pricing, finance, and project control. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively at all levels. * Experience within DoD, DHS, and IC customers is critical. * Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. * Outstanding strategic, analytical, and organizational capabilities. * Decisive leader with the ability to make decisions independently, quickly, and with little supervision. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: * Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Communications, or a relevant Business discipline. * Minimum of 10 years of Federal Government contracting operations experience. * Demonstrated experience in P&L, quality management, HR, project control, and finance.
