As a CVG community manager and the CEO of your own multi-million-dollar multifamily community you will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing all the property operations, general administration, and maintenance of the property. Starting with a focus on providing best-in-class customer service to our residents and to all potential residents, the property manager will ensure efficient operations through proper revenue and expense control, vendor relations, maintenance, lease administration, team building and monthly reporting
