Job Description
• Drive creation and preservation of INDUSTRY culture
• Execute tailored programming including managing the ongoing calendar of events, event promotion, event setup, and event execution
• Drive tenant engagement through creative communications and activation of Amenity spaces through the tools available (e.g. monitors, digital boards, building tenant app, digital newsletter, social media, etc.)
• Greet and acknowledge tenants and guests, and strive to build relationships with all tenants
• Assist Property Manager in building a tenant engagement budget, schedule, and KPI tracking
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the building and surrounding areas including city-wide events, local community events, etc.
• Participate on leasing tours (as requested)
• Be readily available as a point of contact for tenants and visitors to communicate with and problem solve as necessary
• Oversee and coordinate reservations and bookings of Amenities, conference rooms, and collaborative spaces
• Ensure Amenities and shared tenant spaces are well maintained and inviting. Communicate with PM team on suggested repairs or updates, etc.
• Serve as the first point of interaction with employees and visitors, offering friendly service to those entering the office.
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Establish a list of pantry snacks, office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc., and monitor inventory threshold levels to ensure timeline reordering
• Master the supply ordering system, reconcile, and recognize the receipt of goods
• Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up
• Responsible for aspects of development and maintenance of a comprehensive Tenant Service Package, including tenant handbooks, tenant anniversaries, holiday gifts, and training meetings or programs for tenants
• Maintain database with up-to-date tenant information.
• Coordinate with café operator to promote café offerings and specials to tenants
• Additional administrative support as needed
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operate office machinery.
