Pay Range: $35,000 - $38,000 base annual pay with uncapped commission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary growth engine for Vamos Health. Drive new patient growth by educating potential patients on the benefits of the Vamos Health Model.
Build and sustain relationships with potential patients in our neighborhoods.
Accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets as articulated by management.
Meets with new potential patients and their families in their homes, community events, retail settings or wherever they may be found.
Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations and businesses to ensure Vamos Health is a preferred partner for referrals for primary healthcare.
Participate in a variety of local community outreach/marketing activities and events including health fairs, presentations at senior and apartment buildings, activities at churches and food pantries, and any place where Spanish-speaking prospective patients may be.
Solicit and follow up on patient referrals.
Canvasses door to door in the neighborhoods surrounding our clinics.
Strategically manage a pipeline of both self-generated and marketing-generated leads utilizing our CRM tool.
Conducts clinic tours and meet-and-greets with providers for prospective patients and partners.
Build and maintain relationships with the clinical team in assigned locations.
Enrolls new patients into Vamos Health, ensuring a clean handoff to clinical and social service support teams.
Provides exceptional, compassionate customer service.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
1 years of consumer sales experience or similar experience in community outreach function.
Motivated by performance-based compensation.
Customer service mentality and desire to help your neighbors solve problems.
Motivated to provide better healthcare to the Spanish-speaking and immigrant population.
Proficient PC skills.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Access to a vehicle that you can use every day in job functions. Mileage is reimbursed.
Comfort with ambiguity, ability to proactively structure work, and problem solving independently.
EPIC personality (empathy, patience, integrity and compassion).
Highest degree of honesty, integrity and fairness.
Proficiency in Spanish required.
US work authorization.
Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
