Current Lighting Employee Co LLC is Hiring a Senior Marketing Leader Near Greenville, SC

The Senior Marketing Leader is responsible for managing all Current marketing efforts including brand, content, social, website, tradeshows/events, channel, training, and product commercialization. This role will partner with members of the executive team and functional leadership teams across sales and Current’s business units. This role and the associated teams will work closely to support C&I, Controls and Specialty business units to drive brand, demand and best in class creative standards across the enterprise. This position is categorized as flexible per the Flexible Workplace Policy and therefore will be required to be located in one of our office locations a minimum of 4 days a week. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Sales Leader.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Establish a consolidated Marketing team that supports all business units and establishes guidelines to promote all product lines and the associated commercialization initiatives. Ensure strong leadership direction is provided and focus on development of team and company-wide marketing mindset.
  • Develop internal leadership relationships across the business in order to confirm marketing strategy and programs are successfully driving sales.
  • Oversee and promote Enterprise brand standards, brand awareness and Current’s market strategy.
  • Ensure external communications through social media, press releases and website is driving increased brand awareness.
  • Build and develop executive level marketing analytic capabilities and reporting. Identify best practices, leverage learning and capabilities to plan, build and maintain a team focused on continuous improvement to provide “best in class” marketing capabilities.
  • Drive accountability for ensuring marketing and administrative budget targets are met.
  • Work closely with Marketing leaders to develop Marketing team and to drive retention throughout the organization.
  • Review brand campaign approach to confirm effective commercialization strategy.
  • Strategize to create an effective utilization of the Institutes and the internal and external training initiatives.
  • Confirm strong relationships with Product Management in order to focus Product Marketing team on providing effective marketing tools for all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Prioritize Commercial marketing focus to ensure agent and distribution partners are fully informed to continue sales growth through product knowledge, marketing programs, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing in strategic content marketing and communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Significant experience leading marketing teams and a strong understanding of website design, social and creative
  • Experience developing and executing marketing shared service across a large enterprise
  • Specific experience working closely with Senior Leadership team and ability to understand and to effectively communicate marketing strategy across the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making, multi-tasking and execution abilities under tight deadlines
  • Blend of strategic focus and hands-on, detail orientation.
  • Proven track record optimizing Marketing business tools
  • Experience interacting with press and PR professionals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external customers, with strong consensus-building acumen and an inclusive leadership style

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $152,000 - $190,000.
