Role Summary:

The Production Artist creates and updates customer-facing marketing materials by supporting sustaining activities and multi-brand programs. They play a key role in upholding production standards for print, packaging, tradeshow, and digital graphics. Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, the Production Artist works as a member of a creative service team that collaborates with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Channel Marketing Managers and the Digital/Web Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Thrive in a highly collaborative environment with a steady influx of projects
• Utilize efficient editing methods for high-volume product document updates
• Coordinate and implement regularly recurring multi-brand document updates
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Maintain meticulous design integrity within documents, processes, and artwork
• Drive production standards for print, packaging, tradeshow, and digital graphics
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
• Communicate effectively across departments to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned, fostering trust and confidence
• Coordinate and manage project meetings as needed
• Work collaboratively with the entire graphics team, seeking or providing support when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Expert level InDesign skills, plus Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency
• MS Office

Additional software experience as a plus:

• Wrike Project Management
• SharePoint OneDrive integration
• EasyCatalog
• Canva
• Cloudinary
• Flipbook software
• Uniqode
• HTML/CSS awareness

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $62,000-$78,000.
