We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Power BI Team Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, driving the development of business intelligence solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Power BI, a solid background in business intelligence and dashboarding, and a strong understanding of Snowflake. 

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop tailored BI solutions.

Report & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Data Integration: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data models, with a strong focus on integrating data from Snowflake.

Documentation & Support:

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for operational dashboards and reports. Provide training and support to users.
• Collaboration Work with the broader Enterprise Reporting team to ensure alignment and data consistency across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Business Intelligence/Dashboarding experience, with at least 3 years working with Power BI and 1 year with Snowflake (Preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with financial systems and data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $90,000-$1110,000.
