Job Description :
Culligan Water is currently seeking a CSR who will pleasantly engage with customers to consistently address their needs in a helpful and professional manner.
The CSR will work in a team atmosphere by answering phones and emails, scheduling service appointments, updating and maintaining customer records, processing payments, offering customer products, and participating in special projects as assigned.
A Customer Service Representatives job duties include but are not limited to :
Resolve product or service concerns by communicating effectively with teammates and other departments to clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause and explain the best solution.
Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.

Bilingual preferred but not required.
