Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle of AP activities including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management
- Conduct regular audits of the AP system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Coordinate with the procurement team to reconcile purchase orders and invoices
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, highlighting any irregularities or areas of concern
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast cash flow and manage the company's budget
- Resolve any accounts payable issues that may arise, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP department
- 3 years experience with AP in Property Management or Construction industry
- Yardi experience required
- Comfortable using Excel for basic functions
