COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Arnel Commercial Properties, an equal opportunity employer and a leading Southern California real estate company, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Property Manager to join our team!
General Duties:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the property
- Maintain a high-quality property appearance
- Collect tenant rents and prepare delinquency report as required
- Prepare monthly financial reports and annual budgets
- Ability to promote, establish and maintain positive tenant and employee relationships
- Prepare and handle new tenant move-ins
- Oversee contractor/vendor work performed
- Obtain bids from vendors for management approval
- Ensure that the property is being operated in accordance with company standards and procedures as well as local and state laws
$60-75k salary bonuses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Knowledge of Yardi preferred
- 3-5 years property management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Acrobat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Works well independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
