REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST BE OUTGOING and able to connect with individuals over the phone.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Self motivated and driven individual
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• A Florida Property & Casualty license (2-20 or 4-40) is required to obtain prior to starting.
