We're Looking For: A versatile and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our call team. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, where you will provide stellar customer service and manage sensitive data with precision. If you’re a self-starter with a knack for sales and a background in customer service and data entry, you might just be the perfect fit for our team.

Your Role:

• Engage customers through both inbound and outbound calls, using your persuasive skills to drive sales.
• Set up and manage customer accounts while ensuring accurate data handling.
• Participate in our comprehensive training program to become adept at our products, sales techniques, and software systems.
• Create a positive customer experience, from educating on product benefits to handling objections with finesse.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in typing (45 WPM minimum) and familiarity with Gmail.
