We are seeking energetic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast pace agency sales department. This is a telemarketing position with opportunities to grow!! You will be making 80-100 dials/ day OR getting 10 quotes per day whichever comes first.

• Using lead management system and making outbound calls.
• Scripts/ Talk Paths and training provided.
• Connecting with prospects and obtaining information needed for quotes.
• Following processes and hitting activity requirements.
• In office. Office hours are M-F 8-5. Can be full time or part time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST BE OUTGOING and able to connect with individuals over the phone.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Self motivated and driven individual
