CTG is seeking an experienced Beaker Project Manager for our client in the southwest region!
Project Duration: 18 months - 24 months
Project Location Remote (client is located in San Diego, CA)

Description: Full-time contract with limited travel for planning and during go-live for each county responsible for
Job Summary:
• Provide Epic Beaker implementation project management and oversight services
• In scope support services may include some or all of the following:
o Create and maintain project deliverables including project charter, project plans, RAID log, communication plan, status reporting, etc.
• Work closely with Laboratory key stakeholders to identify project milestones and in scope activities
• Facilitate implementation of lab instrument middleware connectivity to Beaker
• Manage daily implementation activities, ensuring project is completed on time and within budget
• Provide advisory and project planning services in advance of the Beaker implementation kickoff
• Assistance and oversight of any integration work needed
• Interface with the LIS team as necessary to keep the project moving forward
• Work will be performed primarily in a remote delivery model, though the selected resource may be asked to travel to the client site during project kickoff, go live, and other key milestones
Requirements:
• Epic Beaker certification required – AP or CP. Exception may be made for extensive recent Beaker AP project management implementation experience
• Laboratory operations background strongly preferred
• At least 3 years of Beaker Project Management Experience
• LIS experience required
• PMP preferred
• Strong Project Management in a Healthcare setting
